Every Google Pixel. Once the scratches are out — deep ones too — the screen is ready for a screen protector. On Pixel Fold devices we polish the outer screen, which is glass.
Every Apple Watch that does not have sapphire crystal glass: every aluminum Apple Watch, in every Series, and every Apple Watch SE. Scratches are polished out and the original screen stays on the watch. Stainless steel, titanium, Ultra and Edition models have sapphire crystal and are not polished.

It depends on the damage. If the screen is scratched — even deeply — but the glass is not cracked, polishing takes the scratches out and the original display stays on the device. If the glass is cracked, polishing is not the answer: the glass is replaced.

Grading comes before any work. A device that will not pass for the service you sent it for is not processed, and you are not charged for it.
