Our Story

Quality first. Then speed.

We started by asking a simple question: what does the industry need that it isn’t getting? The answer shaped everything. Rather than do a little of everything, we set out to do the hard things exceptionally well.

Our first specialty was deep scratch removal: polishing scratches out of a phone screen, deep ones included, without making waves. The screen stays normal, the original display stays on the device, and a screen protector can still be applied afterwards. Once we had the quality right, we added glass replacement for cracked glass, held to the same standard and backed by a guarantee of quality we stand behind no matter what.

The order mattered. We achieved quality first, then engineered the turnaround around it. Today we run screen polishing and glass refurbishing as a wholesale service, serving more clients with an average turnaround of seven days — almost unheard of in this industry — while quality stays at the forefront of everything we do. More than five years in, that is still how we operate, and our pricing stays competitive.
